Executive Coaching

Then CFO Team executive coaching may be right for you. We generally meet one hour per week to discuss various issues affecting you and your company. CFO Team will help you to develop an action plan and work with you to implement it.

Leadership Teams

Teams are a great way to work and improve the leadership within your organization. We have teams available for both CEO’s and CFO’s.

Imagine being able to meet once a month with fellow CEO’s or CFO’s who share your challenges, struggles and vision. Leadership Teams consist of six CEO’s or CFO’s who commit for one year to meet once a month to help and discuss common goals and challenges.

How It Works

• Small Group - There are six to eight members per team
• There are two teams consisting of either

o CEO/President, or owner (Must control the balance sheet)
o CFO (Must be the lead financial person of the organization)

• Private Consultation - Once per month to discuss a current issue affecting your company.
• Team Meeting – Members meet once per month together. In that meeting you will present your issue to the other members and discuss it.
• Follow Up – After the discussion of your issue Team Members will ask you how you plan to deal with it. Once you have given your answer your fellow Team Members will follow up with you at the next meeting to see how it went.
