Polices and Procedures – Every company needs written policy and procedures to ensure job consistency from employee to employee. Unfortunately, most companies use verbal tribal knowledge passed down from a “seasoned” employee. Many times the highest cost of training a new employee is the cost of a missing procedure that was forgotten during the training process. This is one of those special projects that can be handled efficiently and effectively by a CFO Team member.
